Jammie’s passion for fitness began early through dance and cheer, and has since grown to include running, strength training, cycling, and more. After stepping away from a career in higher education in 2022 to focus on her family, she found her way back into the fitness world as a studio manager and cycling instructor at CycleLife Studio — and she hasn’t looked back since.
Today, Jammie leads a variety of small group fitness and cycling classes and is now a Certified Personal Trainer. Her mission is to help individuals train smarter, stay consistent, and prioritize both fuel and recovery in order to reach their goals in a sustainable way.
Whether you’re working one-on-one or in a class, Jammie brings passion, expertise, and encouragement to every session. She’ll be with you every step of the way to correct form, provide personalized feedback, and cheer you on as you grow stronger and more confident in your fitness journey.
