Meet Chad
For more than 25 years, Chad Javens has dedicated his career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain. A lifelong Mercer County native, he has spent the past two decades serving his own community as a physical therapist, certified orthopedic manual therapist, sports performance coach, and certified athletic trainer.
Chad’s specialty is in orthopedic and sports physical therapy and performance training, and he’s one of the few physical therapists in the country who held board certifications in both orthopedics and sports from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
Over the years, he’s worked with athletes of all ages and levels—from weekend warriors to national competitors—providing care at local, regional, and national sporting events. Beyond the sidelines, Chad also coaches sports performance and fitness for individuals and groups, both in person and online.
His approach blends deep clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people move with confidence—whether that means recovering from an injury, boosting athletic performance, or simply keeping up with the demands of everyday life.

Meet Daniel
From high school sports to professional football and baseball, Daniel Hernandez is passionate about helping athletes perform at their best. Daniel has worked as an athletic trainer with the MLB club the Oakland Athletics, the WFL team the Pittsburgh Passion, and the NFL team the Pittsburgh Steelers, as well as division 1 and high school athletes, and the occasional nice old lady from church.
Daniel has advanced mobility training (FRC/FRA) through Functional Range Systems (FRS), and looks forward to using some of these techniques to help the athletes of the Shenango Valley regain mobility, recover from activity, and continue to do what they love.
Daniel will be serving clients for Mobility Lounge stretch therapy sessions during the morning time slots on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30-8:45 AM and 10:15-11:50 AM. See his full availability in the schedule.
