Is Cycle Life for you?


The truth is Cycle Life offers something for everyone—from the average person taking that first step toward getting in shape, to the fit individual trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle; from the casual athlete interested in cross-training, to the competitive racer intent on nailing down a personal best.

Cycle Life can help all of these people and everyone in between. Our spin classes are for beginners and experienced riders alike. Our computrainer sessions provide individualized workouts for avid cyclists, but they’re also great for runners, triathletes, and anyone looking to ratchet up their workout. We also offer TRX strength training, run boot camps, and lead weekend rides. (And then there’s Coach Hunter, the most knowledgeable four-legged fitness instructor around.)

While our clients present a wide range of fitness needs, they all share a desire to look better, feel better, and enjoy a healthy life. We hope this blog will help you accomplish those goals. In the coming weeks, we’ll be posting on a variety of topics, some aimed at introducing you to what Cycle Life has to offer, and others meant to help you get the most out of your workout. We’ll also offer up valuable tips on health, fitness, and nutrition. Follow along and take part in the conversation.
