DetailsWho is Amy and what people can expect from Amy’s class. Amy is locally born and bred and our Leader of the Pack at CycleLife Studio Pennsylvania. She has cycled many miles on our local roads from a very young age to most recently as a former professional triathlete and an Ironman Champion. Cycling has always been a passion of Amy's and one she loves to share with others. Having a local indoor cycling studio to share her love of fitness, cycling and community-building has always been an aspiration of Amy’s, and she is excited to see CycleLife come to fruition in her hometown.
What Amy wants to say to everyone who walks through her class door. "I want everyone to know that you can be exactly who you are at CycleLife! Be brave enough to be vulnerable to try something new. Everyone is only a beginner one time, and after you take that first pedal stroke, you will be forever changed for the self improvement and betterment of yourself and your community. We are all deserving of "me time" to recharge, reset, and to become healthier in mind, body, and spirit. At CycleLife,we are a diversified tribe and draw upon each other's strengths to lift each other up to a higher level. Please join us and most of all...have FUN!" How Amy motivates. "There is something special that happens when people come together, in a welcoming space to push ourselves to become better humans. There is no better time for me to whisper words of encouragment then when my class is cycling in unison to a perfectly synced cadence while surrounded by emotionally filled music." What Amy does when she is not on the bike.
