The beauty of indoor cycling is that it provides a truly individualized workout that is quick, effective and most of all FUN! Indoor cycling is a superb cardiovascular exercise that has very low impact on your body’s joints, making it an ideal exercise modality for anyone at any fitness level.


In a CycleLife class, your Certified Spin instructor coaches the class, but you decide exactly what's right for you by controlling the resistance on your bike. If you're feeling strong, step it up a notch and challenge yourself. And if you're just beginning, take it easy and build a good base fitness level (which we will teach you how to do). The playlists are awesome! The group setting is encouraging! Come try it out and see for yourself.

Indoor Bicycle


We use the latest, top-of-the-line Keiser M3+ indoor cycle. Durable and easy to use, Kesier M3+ series bikes are easily adjustable for riders of all heights. Using magnetic resistance and a carbon belt drive, this bike offers the quietest and smoothest indoor cycle experience available today.



What to bring?

  • Backside: we recommend padded cycling shorts.  They are not required but will make your class experience much more enjoyable.
  • Topside: T-shirts, camis or tank tops are good choices.
  • Waterbottle (filled with your favorite hydration drink)
  • SPD clip shoes or standard athletic shoes.  The flatter and harder/stiffer the sole, the better.
  • Heart rate monitor.
  • Once you get going and start sweating off those calories, you’ll need a hand towel…we have plenty of towels available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
